WALKING WITH HIM

Two men walked along one day
On a long and wearisome way
Their hearts were heavy and sad
Then the Son of God drew near
To dispel all their doubt and fear
And He made their hearts so glad

When storm clouds filled the sky
And the waves came rolling high
Every heart was filled with dismay
Jesus whispered peace be still
And the waves obeyed His will
As He rolled the big storm away

On that big fearful road of life
Filled with the dismay and strife
Jesus walks with us all the way
He will never ever leave our side
While we in His love we will abide
He will turn all our nights to day

" Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see." (Hebrews 11:1).

"And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." (Hebrews 11:6)

How is your faith ? Has it been tested ?

You see, faith is indispensable in the Christian life. As Christians we live by faith, as we put all our trust in a God whom we cannot see. (John 20:29) By our faith, however, we see His works in us, as we now live and enjoy all of His creation.

Why do we do this ? Mainly because we want to please our loving heavenly Father, in all that we do. (Philippians 1:21) What about you ?
