• They have the power of the Holy Spirit
• Today I want to talk about something powerful
• Something Powerful that we have,
• that we don’t realize that we have it
• And this powerful thing can be used for evangelism
• Because God is counting on you to invite people
• The Devil is counting you not do it
• Its our duty as Christian every where to bring people to Christ
As Christians the Lord has given to us many Powers to help us preach the Gospel.

10. That is with us all the time
11. It is with us every day
12. We deploy it every day
13. People can see it
14. And They are touched by it
15. This power is very powerful
The Power of Example
• If you have all the powers and don’t have example
• You become useless
• If you preach
• And you don’t practice what you preach
• People don’t respect you
Why was Jesus so powerful ?
• Not only did he preach
• Not only did he know the word (The Bible)
• Not only did have great relationship with father
• Because He was an example in his Day
• Are you an Example to others?
• Do you do say one thing and do something else
• If you are not an Example you are not powerful
The Bible gives us Many examples of
• Good Men
o Jesus – that did not sin
o Paul
o Joseph (Mary hasband) in the New Testament
o Joseph in the old testament to
• And Bad People
o Judas – betraying Jesus
o Soul bad king
They are there so that we can look at them and change our Life

• Does your word match Christ words

• Remember what you say will effect others
• Will effect you
• And effect your testimony

• Is your life like Jesus
• People will get attracted to that
• And will be influenced to the gospel
• Like Billy Graham
• Your life
• Your name
• Tells people who are
• EXAMPLE – That’s why I get a lot of computer Jobs – Because my life is honest and pure
• Your life, the way you do things will attract people to come to Jesus
• Or send negative message against Jesus.

What should we do if we are not an example ?
Ephesians 4:20-30
King James Version (KJV)
20 But ye have not so learned Christ;
21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
27 Neither give place to the devil.
28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
1. Put of things that are not Good in our life
2. Make a decision to be an example today
3. Because Jesus was and should be too
Why Should we be an Example ?
1. The Bible tells us to be
2. Jesus was an Example
3. Paul was an Example to Timothy
4. Because people are watching
5. We maybe the only bible people see
6. We maybe the only representative of Jesus people see
7. So that we don’t dirty the name of Jesus
8. So that We can make Jesus attractive
But the big Reason to be an Example is
1. Because it is a Powerful Tool to bring People to Jesus
2. It’s a powerful tool to change peoples lives
3. Or to destroy them
In Conclusion then
What am I saying in this sermon?
