In The Beginning God Created
God's handy work, Oh how good it is
Those majestic mountains with white snow caps so pure
Those snow white sand beaches of foot prints to endure
God's handy work, Oh how good it is
Those stars brightly twinkling on a bright summers night
Those moon faces which shine forever in the bright light
God's handy work, Oh how good it is
Those mighty oceans with the waves roaring in and out
Those peaceful streams flowing in the woods throughout
God's handy work, Oh how good it is
Those mighty soft grassy fields so great and so small
Those tall shadowed trees that raise to the sky so tall
God's handy work, O how good it is
Those rainbow colored birds always sing in the trees
Those gentle earthly animals curling at your knees
God's handy work, Oh how good it is
Those lands so vast where our feet have surely trod
Those hills and dales to which we all clearly applauded
God's handy work, Oh how good it is
Those vast creations in which I fall to my knees
Those vast creations to the Father I am well pleased
God's handy work, Oh how good it is
Beloved, we serve a might God. A God, by His mighty power, just spoke this vast world in place. And looking at His handy work, proclaimed all was very good. ( Genesis 1:31)
Yes, when I look at the handiwork of God, I want to immediately fall to my knees and praise Him ( Romans 11:36) For you see, God created all things to bring glory to His might name. ( Revelation 4:11 )
Always remember, when the Christian’s mind turns to nature, his heart turns toward God in worship and praise. But when the unbelieving mind turns to nature, it turns from God. ( Psalm 19:1-16 ) ( Romans 8:18-25 ) (Isaiah 65:17-25)
If you don't learn anything else about our mighty God's creation, you should learn that God is good and you ought to be glad that He is. Not only did God create the environmental landscape and all living creatures, but he also made man in His trinity's ( God, the Son and the Holy Spirit 's) own image.( Genesis 1:26) And said to His new creation, man and women, to subdue the land and have dominion over all His great creation. ( Genesis 1: 28 )
