BY HIS POWER
The world was spoken in place, The stars were hung in space.
BY HIS POWER
From the dust of the land, God's own image He did span.
BY HIS POWER
The Garden was man's fall, Sin punished one and all.
BY HIS POWER
Men of old in faith believed, Sin's pardon was received.
BY HIS POWER
Love's free grace is offered to all, When answering the call.
BY HIS POWER
By faith now all may know, Freedom from sin to bestow.
BY HIS POWER
God's promise to all who care, To meet Him in the air
BY HIS POWER

Without power His mercy would be but feeble pity, His promises an empty sound, His threatenings a mere scarecrow. God’s power is like Himself: infinite, eternal, incomprehensible; it can neither be checked, restrained, nor frustrated by the creature. (S. Charnock).

Have you ever just stopped to thank God for His awesome "Power"? Power that was first made known, through His spoken word, in the creation of the universe, (John 1:3) and will continue throughout history. (Hebrews 13:8)

Power to completely transfer a life of inbred sin, (Romans 12:2) into a life of fellowship with Him throughout eternity.(John 14:3) Power to work miracles with all mankind, in all situations.(Psalm 51:10-12) Power to sanctify a soul from one of fear (2 Timothy 1:7) to one of faith. (Hebrews 11:1, 13)

Yes, nothing is too hard for God's power. And nothing will ever out reach His eternal love. (John 3:16) Just trust Him. Trust him to change your life. (John 14:6) Trust Him to keep you from evil.(John 14:1) Trust Him to take you home someday to heaven. (John 14:2-3)

Just remember, beloved:
No prayer is too hard for Him to answer.
No need is too great for Him to supply.
No temptation too powerful for Him to stop.
No misery too deep for Him to relieve.
