Born Again Believer's battle for Recovery!

Life's been bringing me down
Everybody knows
It's all over town
So I gotta let Jesus
Turn my life around

Words are cuttin deep
Interupting my sleep
Hurtin so much I continue to weep
Tears stream from my face

Why this pain Lord?
It's such a drain Lord
Is all this in vain Lord?

Meet me where I'm at
Straighten out the mat
So I can run this race with You!

My plan ain't a workin
Rejection keeps a talkin
Memories are a lurkin
With these feelins I'm a hurtin
But Jesus keeps me walkin

Give me wisdom God
Keep me focused God
When enemies surround me
You prtect me God
You're my provider
You're my inspirer
You're the thing that keeps me goin when I tire Lord

Strengthen my inner man
As only You can
Show me the Great I Am
So I can make a difference in this world
To shine the Love of Christ

Opportunity knocks
But my selfish wants
Only hold me back
Create a stumbling block

This world it cuts me down
Persecution seems to come from those closest
Help me to remember
It's shapin me
Even though I'm hurtin
This dear God is reality

From the bottom of my heart
I pray
Hear me this day
Many out there need Your Love

Inspire me!
To make a difference see
Then the people gonna know
That You have set me free

You made a way
When Christ died
For my sin
At calavary

Indepted to You
May it glorify too
So the people see it was You
And not me

Reshape this heart
With a brand new start
THEN, we can help others
Who are fallin apart

Your word states
You will renew our strength
Make a difference in the lives
Of those who need a break

Life ain't never fair
Most don't even care
But Thou O Lord
See our great despair
You can make the difference in our lives
Don't let them go to waste
Break us down Lord
Expose our hearts Lord
Show us how to Love
Like You do

Turn my back on the world
To focus on Your Word
To see the Salvation of many

Must study
To shew thyself approved
Apply to shape me
Then others will see
And want to know Thee

But first
YOU gotta change our hearts
